On the Menu:

Appetizer

  • Matemba - Matemba are sardine-like dried fish which are a popular Zimbabwean Snack/Appetizer

Main Meal

  • Chiropa chemombe - Sauteed beef liver 
  • Peanut Butter Cabbage
  • Sadza - Made from corn meal and water

Dessert

  • Magwinya - Similar to doughnuts and made from a simple yeast dough that's deep-fried until golden brown and puffy.

Beverages

  • Rich Tea
  • Hate-GO-Away Ginger Drink
  • Mahewu - Finger Millet Fermented Drink
  • South African Wine
